DENNIS URBAN
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND CLINICAL EDUCATION

Dennis Urban, CDT, has over 40 years of expertise in the dental technology field, including lab operations, technical training, product development, and quality assurance. In addition to being an accomplished dental lab professional, Dennis has been an eminent educator and lecturer to dentists and technicians worldwide. His experience has allowed him to be up to date with dentists evolving needs and offer support in all areas of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including digital technology, implant overdentures, bar design protocol, chairside conversion, smile design, and complex full-mouth combination cases.

Dennis Urban has been President of both the Long Island Dental Laboratory Association and the Dental Laboratory Association of the State of New York. He is a former Cal Lab Board member. He now serves as the Chair of the National Board for Certification in Dental Technology and the Executive Board of NADL. Dennis is also on the advisory board for IDT and JDT magazines and is a Corporate Council Member for ADEA and has published technical articles in numerous dental publications in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Dennis was the recipient of the 2007 NADL Excellence in Education award, a nominee for the 2012 NADL Educator of the Year, and a nominee for the 2012 and 2013 NADL CDT of the Year. He is currently the Director of Operations and Education for Micro Dental New York, focusing on helping all customers achieve restorative success, and the best possible dental care for their patients

Agota is a consummate and distinguished technician who graduated and began her career at Semmelweis Dental University in Budapest, Hungary. Her ability to lead and her knowledge of restorative and prosthetic environments were on prominent display as she guided doctors and cared for patients at Semmelweis. As her mastery and expertise in her craft expanded, she ventured to create a greater impact. She opened her own dental studio, working with reputable, high-principled technicians and doctors to create beautiful smiles for every patient.

With over 30 years of experience in makeovers and complex cases, her expertise is among the elite and extraordinary. She is highly proficient in diagnostic wax-ups, full-mouth rehabilitation cases, implantology, and prosthetics. Endowed and bolstered by an exceptionally strong work ethic, she is a remarkable asset to the MicroDental New York team.
