Robert "Bob" Borman – Bob is the Chief Technical Officer at Tetra Dynamics. His understanding of design, function, esthetics and management of quality control is what gives our clients greatest value. Bob graduated from Southern Illinois University with an Associates of Art and an Associates of Science in Dental Technology. He began his career in dental technology working as a quality control expert for a large dental laboratory from 1973-1978. In 1978 he started his own laboratory with two partners until 1990 when he brought his knowledge and expertise to Tetra Dynamics. As a partner of Tetra Dynamics he presently oversees the operations of the model and die, partial and denture departments. Bob has extensively studied dental materials, their characteristics, and their strengths and limitations when combined and used to fabricate restorations. He is an experienced lecturer on the strength and weaknesses of dental materials and has developed many hands-on presentations to assist Dentists in introducing new technologies successfully to their practice. Bob has helped develop every new esthetic product at Tetra Dynamics including Procera, Captek and 3M Lava, as well as Tetra's own TetraThin crown.

John Guenther – John's thirty-plus years experience with ceramics has been vital to Tetra Dynamics' successful and sustained growth. John manages the procelain department at Tetra by finding the best technicians and developing our array of products with his team. John entered the field of dental Health in 1968 and completed a four year apprenticeship with the State of New York. In 1971, he became a certified dental technician and chose his specialty in Ceramics. He has worked with virtually every type of ceramic material in the past twenty years and continues his research with the best materials that are available in our field. John approaches ceramics as an art form, creating natural esthetic restorations often under the most difficult circumstances. He has spent years developing his own style of layering and working with internal colors to create the most natural sculptured restorations. John has taken many industry courses to stay up with current trends, enrolling in such noted programs offered by The Pankey Institute and The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study.
