Crowns and Bridges
Tetra Dynamics has chosen the following options for your crown and bridge restorations. Our selections are made with our years of experience and feedback from our accounts. We use three criteria when making our selections: functional esthetics; consistent quality; and, the individual needs of the patient.
Premium Products*
- Captek Internally reinforced gold material; facilitates good marginal adaptation; exhibits beautiful color and strength. Eliminates gray margins. Provides a warm gold glow through metal to porcelain. Best for single crowns; available for 3-unit bridges. Tetra completes the Captek coping with Noritake ceramics.
- Lava A milled core from a zirconia-based dental material--the strongest, naturally-occurring material for restoring teeth in existence. In addition to unparalleled strength, among the most esthetic restorations available. These CAD CAM restorations are as strong as metal. Available as a single unit or for bridgework up to 5 units (subject to length requirements). When complemented with choice ceramics, such as Noritake or Vita, these can be among the most esthetic restorations available.
- Procera Made of either alumina or zirconia, these machine-milled CAD CAM cores are best for restorations ranging from singles up to three units. Only zirconia should be used for posterior applications. Alumina or zirconia are suitable for anterior restorations. Alumina is less opacious than zirconia. We hand stack with Noritake or Vita ceramics to produce among the most esthetic restorations available.
